# StakeMap

> StakeMap is the map of Solana stake: it shows which stake pools, delegation programs and known stakeholders stake on which validators, epoch by epoch. The data comes straight from the chain and is open, with a public JSON API. Built and run by CryptoVik - independent Solana validator since 2021, open-source builder, on-chain researcher.

## What it shows

- Pools: every stake pool, liquid staking token, delegation program, DeFi protocol, exchange pool, private pool and large known stakeholder in a curated registry, with the validators each one stakes on.
- Validators: every validator seen since epoch 820, active or gone, with who stakes on it, how that changed epoch by epoch, and a log of name, identity, commission and client changes.
- Freshness: live data is refreshed continuously throughout the epoch; complete snapshots are archived several times per epoch and at every epoch boundary.
- History: since epoch 820 (July 2025), growing every epoch.
- Method: on-chain data read through RPC and matched to the registry. No third-party aggregator in between.
